Along with appropriate physical treatment, we provide the education necessary to promote a lifestyle of health and wellness.

Our staff works closely with the physician throughout the planning and execution of treatment. General Information
Operational hours for the physical therapy outpatient department are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

In patient physical therapy is available 7 days a week.

Our facility accepts most insurance policies including Medicare and Medicaid. Some insurances may require
pre-authorization.
